As part of the NOA Now Retest, your results are reviewed by a qualified nutritionist, not a medical team. This service is for informational purposes only and does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. It is your responsibility to discuss any out of range results with your GP or specialist.

The NOA Now Plan is available to women aged 18 and over who are based in England & Scotland.

At present, we are unable to work with women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, within six months postpartum, undergoing cancer treatment, receiving treatment for an eating disorder or clinical depression, have kidney disease, are undergoing fertility assisted treatment, or have had gastric band surgery.

We are working on expanding our services to support these you in the future.

Purchase Your Retest

You are one step closer to understanding your progress.

The NOA Retest is designed for customers who have already completed the NOA Now Plan and are ready to check in on their health after 3–6 months. By repeating your comprehensive blood test and having a 20 minute check in session with one of our specialist women’s health nutritionists, you can review how your biomarkers have changed and continue refining your nutrition and lifestyle plan with confidence.

What happens after you purchase

  1. Complete your secure checkout

  2. Book your blood test, either at a clinic or via a nurse visit at home

  3. Schedule your 20 minute consultation once your results are ready

A note on test timing

If you have regular periods, we recommend booking your test for Day 3 of your cycle for the most accurate hormone results. Day 1 is the first day of full bleeding. If your periods are irregular, test on any day and make a note of this in your health questionnaire -- your nutritionist will take it into account when interpreting your results.

If you don't have periods, you can test on any day.

If you are using hormonal contraception or HRT, you can also test on any day -- your nutritionist will interpret your results in the context of your treatment. See our FAQs below for guidance on how to prepare on the day depending on your contraception or HRT type.

  • The NOA Now Plan is available to women aged 18 and over who are based in England.
At present, we’re unable to work with women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, within six months postpartum, undergoing cancer treatment, receiving treatment for an eating disorder or clinical depression, have kidney disease, are undergoing fertility-assisted treatment, or have had gastric band surgery. We’re working on expanding our services to support these women soon.

  • The blood test is a venous drawer test which means you need a healthcare professional to carry out the test for you. You can either organise the blood test to be done at your home or at one of the partner clinics. For the at home test, we work with Inuvi’s team of mobile phlebotomists. Once you have purchased package, Inuvi will contact you directly to organise a time and date to take the test. If you choose the β€œat clinic” option, you will be redirected to our partner at Tuli Health who will show you your nearest clinic and you will be able to book the test directly.

  • Once you purchased your NOA Empower You plan, you will receive an email with instructions on how to book your blood test. Our standard package includes a blood test at your nearest clinic. The email will give you instruction on how to find your closest clinic and book it in. If you chose the β€œnurse visit at home” add on, our partner company Inuvi will be contacting you to book in your blood test at your earliest convenience.

  • Your sample should be taken in the morning and make sure you stay hydrated before.

  • Results are typically available within 1-2 business days after your sample is received by the lab. NOA will notify you when your results are ready.

  • Yes, you can take the test while breastfeeding. However, hormonal levels can be influenced by breastfeeding, so inform your nutritionist for accurate interpretation.

  • Your data is securely stored and handled in compliance with privacy laws, including GDPR. It is used solely for creating your wellness plan and is never shared without your consent.

  • You’ll receive an email with a link to claim your spot when it becomes available. The estimated launch date for the programme will be communicated.

  • You can download a sample of our report here. Each report will be created on a individual basis by our NOA nutritionists based on your blood and questionnaire results.
