About the NOA Now Plan
The NOA Now Plan is a personalised women's health programme that combines advanced blood testing with expert nutritionist support. We test 26 biomarkers across 8 health categories, then our qualified nutritionists turn those results into a plan that's specific to you — covering nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle guidance built around your actual biology.
Your plan includes:
- A comprehensive venous blood test analysing 26 biomarkers across 8 health categories
- A detailed health and lifestyle questionnaire
- A personalised wellness report
- A 45-minute 1:1 video consultation with a qualified women's health nutritionist
- Tailored nutrition, supplement and lifestyle recommendations
- Ongoing support from the NOA team throughout your plan
We test 26 markers across 8 categories:

At present, we are unable to support women who are:
- Pregnant
- Breastfeeding
- Within six months postpartum
- Undergoing cancer treatment
- Receiving treatment for an eating disorder or clinical depression
- Undergoing fertility-assisted treatment
- Diagnosed with kidney disease
- Recovering from gastric band surgery
No. NOA is a wellness and nutrition service. The NOA Now Plan is intended for informational purposes only and does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. All results are reviewed by a qualified nutritionist, not a medical doctor. Any abnormal or concerning results should always be discussed with your GP or healthcare professional.
Your blood test
You can choose between two options. A clinic blood draw (£37) where you attend one of our partner clinics at a time that suits you, or a home blood draw (£63) where a qualified nurse visits your home or office for added convenience.
Once you've purchased your NOA Now Plan, you'll receive an email from NOA with a link to create your account. From there you'll complete a short health questionnaire and book your blood draw at a time and location that works for you. We'll guide you through every step.
If you have regular periods, we recommend testing around Day 3 of your cycle. Day 1 is the first day of full menstrual bleeding. If you are using hormonal contraception, you can test on any day. If you do not have periods, you can also test on any day.
You do not need to fast for this test.
Please ensure you are well hydrated and warm before your appointment, as this can make the blood draw easier. Only take the test once any temporary illness has fully resolved, as infections can influence certain markers.
On the day of your test:
- Attend before using or applying any medications where possible
- Avoid vitamin or mineral supplements until after your blood draw
- Check the ingredients of any supplements you take — biotin is found in many multi-nutrient and combination supplements, and should be avoided for at least 48 hours before your test
- Avoid vitamin B12 supplements for at least 48 hours prior to testing
- Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your test
If you use HRT as a gel or spray, please skip your dose on the morning of your test and take it after your blood draw. If you use a patch, we recommend testing on day 2 of your current patch.
Yes. If you are using hormonal contraception, you can test on any day. Please make sure you note this in your health questionnaire so our nutritionists can take it into account when interpreting your results.

If you booked a clinic visit, please contact the clinic directly. You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged £37.
Your results & consultation
Your blood sample typically arrives at the labs 2–3 days after your blood draw. The NOA team will be in touch as soon as your sample has arrived. We usually aim to send your consultation booking invitation within 5 working days of your sample arriving at the labs.
Your 45-minute video consultation is with one of our qualified women's health nutritionists. They will walk you through your results, explain what each marker means for you, and discuss your personalised plan covering nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle guidance. It's a proper conversation, not a generic read-through.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please do so via the Calendly link in your booking confirmation email. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a £49 fee.
If any of your results fall outside the normal range, your nutritionist will discuss this with you during your consultation. They will always recommend that abnormal or concerning results are followed up with your GP or a relevant healthcare professional. NOA does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
All results are reviewed by a qualified nutritionist, not a medical doctor. If anything in your results requires medical attention, you will be advised to speak with your GP or relevant healthcare professional.
Yes. We recommend retesting every three to six months to track how your markers are changing in response to your plan. Your NOA team will be in touch about retesting options as part of your ongoing support.
