A NOA nutritionist during a one to one consultation
Hormones, thyroid, iron, vitamins and more
Built for women, by women
Sound familiar?

Too much advice.
Not enough answers.

You have tried the supplements. You have googled the symptoms. You have been told it is stress, or that it is just your age, or that everything looks fine.

Most women are never given the full picture of what is happening in their body. Fifteen minutes with someone who works in women's health every day is a very different starting point.

The complimentary call

Fifteen minutes with someone who actually listens

A one to one call with a qualified NOA nutritionist who works in women's health. She calls you on your mobile at the time you choose. Here is exactly what happens.

1

You talk, we listen

Tell us what has been going on. Your symptoms, how long for, what you have already tried and what has not worked.

2

We explain the science

We walk you through which blood markers relate to what you are describing, and why a standard test often does not look at them.

3

You get real direction

Practical, evidence-based guidance on where to focus first, whether or not you go on to become a NOA member.

4

We check the fit

We are honest about whether the NOA Now Plan is right for you. If it is not, we will tell you and point you elsewhere.

What it is not: a sales call, a diagnosis, or a replacement for your GP. There is no pressure to buy and no card details required. If you decide NOA is not for you, that is a completely fine outcome and the call still costs you nothing.

How NOA works

Three steps. Clarity, not confusion.

If you decide to go ahead after your free call, this is what the NOA Now Plan looks like.

The NOA online health questionnaire Step 1

Start with you

Complete our online questionnaire so your nutritionist knows your symptoms, cycle, lifestyle, health history and goals before they see a single result.

A venous blood draw taken by a qualified healthcare professional Step 2

Test what matters

A venous blood test taken at a partner clinic or at home, through our accredited lab partner Inuvi. It looks across hormones, thyroid, iron, vitamins and more.

A NOA nutritionist talking a member through her results Step 3

Discuss your plan

A 45 minute one to one video consultation where your nutritionist takes you through every result and gives you a personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plan.

What our members say

Women who stopped guessing

“As a woman who has repeatedly gotten blood tests with no answers for underlying issues from the NHS, NOA was the opening. Megan was so knowledgeable and also SO lovely, and I really enjoyed going through all my results with her. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience.

Frequently asked questions

Is the 15 minute call really free?

Yes. There is no charge and no card details are needed. It is a complimentary call with one of our women's health nutritionists so you can ask questions and work out whether NOA is right for you.

Will I be pressured into buying something?

No. Our nutritionists are health professionals, not salespeople. If the NOA Now Plan is not a good fit for where you are right now, they will say so and suggest what might help instead.

Who can book a call?

To book a complimentary call you need to be:

  • Aged 18 or over
  • Living in the UK
  • Able to give us a UK mobile number, as this is the number your nutritionist will call you on

We cannot call international numbers, so please make sure the number you give us is a UK mobile you will have with you at the time you book.

What should I have ready for the call?

Nothing formal. It helps to have a rough sense of your main symptoms, how long they have been going on, any recent blood test results you have been given, and any supplements or medication you currently take.

Who can use the NOA Now Plan?

The NOA Now Plan is available to women aged 18 and over based in England, Scotland and Wales.

We are currently unable to work with women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, within six months postpartum, undergoing cancer treatment, receiving treatment for an eating disorder, living with a significant mental health condition, living with kidney disease, undergoing fertility-assisted treatment, or post gastric band surgery.

If you are unsure whether NOA is right for you, the free call is a good place to ask.

What does the blood test look at?

A venous blood test across eight areas of your health:

  • Sex hormones: oestradiol, FSH, LH, total testosterone, SHBG
  • Thyroid: TSH, free T3, free T4, and both thyroid antibodies
  • Iron: ferritin, iron, TIBC, transferrin saturation
  • Vitamins: vitamin D, active B12, serum folate
  • Blood sugar: HbA1c, a measure of average blood sugar over time
  • Cholesterol: total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides and the TC:HDL ratio
  • Liver: ALT · Kidney: creatinine and eGFR

Some values in these panels are calculated from others rather than measured directly. Your nutritionist will explain which is which on your consultation.

How is the blood test taken?

It is a venous draw taken by a qualified healthcare professional. You select your preference at checkout:

  • At a partner clinic. We work with Tuli Health and with Superdrug, so there are clinics across the country. You can see the full list of partner clinics here.
  • At home. A mobile phlebotomist visits you, arranged through our lab partner Inuvi.

Please check you can get to one of the listed clinics before you buy.

If you have a regular cycle we recommend booking for day 3. If you use hormonal contraception or do not have periods, any day works.

When do I get my results?

Results are usually ready around one week after your blood test. Your nutritionist takes you through them in your 45 minute video consultation, and you receive a written copy along with your personalised plan afterwards.

Does this replace my GP?

No. NOA is a nutrition and wellness service, not a medical or diagnostic service. We do not diagnose, treat or cure conditions. If anything in your results needs medical attention, we will tell you clearly and recommend you speak to your GP. Please continue to seek medical advice from your doctor as normal.

How is my personal data handled?

Your data is stored securely and handled in line with UK GDPR. It is used only to build your wellness plan and is never shared without your consent. Full details are in our privacy policy.
